"Very clean hotel with nice sized rooms. Overall, the hotel is in very good condition. Two issues that I noticed. First, our room was on the third floor. Every time we got in the elevator it made noises that indicated that there had not been recent maintenance. Secondly, our room had a significant space under the door which was open and transmitted noise from the hall."

"The houses are beautiful and well stocked. We really appreciated how much cookware and serving wear and dinnerware there was in the kitchen. And the towels were high-quality and the beds very comfortable. Beautiful views from these properties and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Basecamp was one of the most cost-effective places we’ve stayed. While the home is on the smaller side, it is well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was our favorite feature. The property sits on a corner lot with a huge backyard and a shaded front yard, making it a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. As pet owners, we greatly appreciate that pets are welcome. If the entire backyard were fully fenced, it would be an even bigger bonus. The neighborhood was wonderful, with exceptionally kind neighbors and excellent walking routes for dogs. There is also a very clean dog park just a few minutes away with separate areas for large/small dogs. The location is conveniently situated between Provo and Park City. The management team was professional, responsive, and accommodating. When we requested an iron, they promptly placed one on the front porch along with an ironing board so they wouldn’t disturb our stay. The AC worked perfectly. One minor observation is that communication is very thorough, which is appreciated, but there are quite a few automated messages regarding trip updates, extensions, early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional services. While helpful, it can feel a bit more like a business transaction than a traditional host experience. That said, the property offers something we truly value: privacy!!! Overall, this was a STELLAR STAY, and we highly recommend Basecamp to others!!!"

"Our family really enjoyed the property. Our host, was very friendly and kind. The cabin was very clean and family friendly. We love the little pond and the paddle boat as well as the beautiful Rick that flows through the property. Our grandkids loved playing in the water, the activities on the property, as well as having a campfire was very relaxing and enjoyable for all. I highly recommend this property."
