「Great location」

「Ideal stay. Location was great.」

「Beautiful studio. Had all we needed to feel right at home for the night. Great communication.」

「This spot is very close to the start of the Boilermaker, which is the primary reason we chose this location. Margarita communicated frequently with us before and during the stay.」

「The parking was a bit confusing but the host was very much available and accomodating to work it out. The place is clean, spacious, newly renovated, and very nice. The hosts were friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend for your stay in Utica!」

「Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!」

「I’m a bit in the fence about this rental. The apartment was large, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and generally clean. But as some of the past reviews have stated, the apartment is in need of a deep clean. The bathroom fixtures were very clean but the walls were rather gross. They were dirty near the sink and mirror plus paint had chipped off in some areas including on the door. The bathroom ceiling was old and in need of repair. 「Clean and comfortable nicely appointed property just 10 minutes from Turning Stone casino. Will definitely be returning」

「Very clean and comfy everything we needed and more」

「Great loft - great location - close to coffee and food」

「Remote actually had batteries, which isn't always the case. Room was cool and quiet with a fridge and microwave that worked fine. Good for a practical stay near Utica Zoo.」

「Microwave quickly warmed my meals every evening making dining convenient during my stay.」

「The internet connection was sufficient for checking emails throughout my stay making communication simple from this location.」

「Simple double king size bed, big window looking out front.」

「The apt was more spacious and comfortable than I expected and the location was perfect with a quiet location and a very short but scenic drive to the university. I would definitely stay again. 」

「The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was to our liking and comfort. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!」

「Awesome place. Our second stay. Very eclectic and cool. Will always be our go to for stays in little falls.」

「The property is very close to the interstate and hospital. This is a plus because Little Falls has a lot of confusing one way streets. The host respond very quickly to questions. This is a first for me. I used to having to wait for the host. Last which was a big plus the host was very proactive with sending the check in information before check in date. Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was...
