Disappointing. Not at all as depicted on the website. We booked this hotel for its proximity to Fort Stanwix, a National Historic Site. The common areas were filthy, the hallways smelled. The bathroom had built up grime on the floor, rings of built up gunk around shampoo and soap bottles on the bathtub shelves, missing robe hooks, and a broken plunger in the sink so it wouldn’t drain at all. There were a homeless people traversing the property through the night, yelling and causing a ruckus. We had marijuana smoke drifting into our room all night through the bathroom ceiling vent. Road noise throughout the entire night from traffic and emergency sirens at least 6 times. The breakfast was a dismal offering that we weren’t considering anyway based on the lack of cleanliness. No lids available for the coffee cups. I expected more for my $140.

No breakfast. Booked on Expedia for a 1 king and got 2 full size beds no what we booked and it was so uncomfortable and not welcoming. The bed frames where metal and the pillows where from dollar store and flat. Worst hotel experience ever. After booked on Expedia checked my card and I got charged again not from the app but the hotel

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Absolutely filthy and unsafe. I would give it negative stars if possible. I’m looking to get a refund couldn’t even stay there because the smell was horrendous and there was no heat when it was 26 degrees outside with a massive gap under the door where the wind was coming through. I would avoid this place at all costs. Hope this helps!

The staff were nice and professional. The room was okay, sheets and towels were clean but bathroom was not very clean. It was secure. We bought cleaning supplies. Very old facility, needs some work on it. Heating unit made constant noise. Felt better after we cleaned it to our satisfaction. Probably will skip it on the next trip.

Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm.

The room smelled, if I wasn’t in a pinch I would have left. I wrapped my shirt around pillow to sleep fully clothed. I went to shower and the frame in bathroom fell because steam from the shower. The tv didn’t work. I actually cancelled the stay for the next day.

Breakfast offered at booking however the restaurant is long closed. No compensation or apologies either. Rooms are not very ckean. Staff wouldn't allow us extra pillows. Floors are heaved up from water damage. Amenities are non existent. Do not stay here.

Facilities are old, but no complaint because of price. What i could bear is some hairs on bed and in bathroom. It's breakfast include when I made resevation. But was told at front desk that kitchen did not work and no breakfast.

The parking lot was not plowed at all my car got stuck three times. Our room was filthy-leftover trash from last guests in our bathroom, poop in the toilet, no soap to be found as dispensers were empty in shower and by the sink. It stunk in the room and hotel. Water leaking in hallways. Front door of lobby busted. Just unacceptable.

Terrible location, unsecured entry doors, filthy room, mold and mildew permeating the air, inches of dust and spores in the heater filters. Took pictures and presented upon checkout. No concern, no apology. Was told they would follow up with housekeeping and if I wanted to request a refund it would need to go through hotels.com but still put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals. Not only did I leave completely frustrated, congested but terribly concerned for future patrons. This establish poses a great risk to the public.
