Three Oaks Property

  • Enjoy the quiet Hill Country in this 3 bedroom house that has been completely renovated as of June 2024. The large yard is completely fenced, so your animals can enjoy the outdoors with you as you sit on the patio!
    This is just a short drive from the Utopia Golf Course and The Utopia Park. This house is cozy and quiet and easy to find North on Ranch Road 187. Utopia is a great location to stay and relax. We are a 15 minute drive from Garner State Park and 15 minutes from Lost Maples State Park. Whether you are planning on floating the Frio or hiking the hills we have a place for you to stay.
