「It was really clean and easy to navigate」

「We were a little nervous about the automated room check-in procedure. But when we arrive in late afternoon, there were two smiling staff members who greeted us and explained the system. That helped a lot!」

Only if of the curtains are wide enough to block out light and a door for bathroom will be much better for 3 people family. Anyway enjoy living here.」

「Nice apartment in a nice, safe, friendly neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and trams. The only issues we had was check in , I did not know they would not give access code until right before check in. We arrived early in the day and did not have code. Once we had that straightened out, we had a great stay.」

「Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. L'unica nota negativa è un odore sgradevole proveniente da bagno, immagino dalle fogne e la mancanza di una scopa per...

「洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！ 其他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。」

「The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage. If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before. I didn’t find a broom or vacuum」
