“There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. Tea making facility in the room was poor with plug for keetle at floor level and no Tea bags.The Hotel needs to remove SHUTTLE from their description. I would NOT book this Hotel again.”

“品質上是還好，但油漆味濃厚，第一天入住是服務很好，第二天繼續住沒有主動打掃房間，第三天我要求他們打掃之前他們才有問今天需要打掃？只有第一天提供免費的一瓶礦泉水，第二天是自己付費，之後的7天都沒有免費的一瓶礦泉水，自己購買！我覺得不是錢的問題是服務的問題，如果你的住宿服務是有這些貼心的服務，那就必須做到，否則讓人失望....所以以後如果再次去是不會選擇這個飯店”
