The room was great and clean and new. However, the towels were stained and the outside of the property is in very poor shape. If you’re in the middle of a remodel perhaps letting people know this?

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. From the very friendly lady who checked us in, to the immaculately renovated room, there is nothing I can say needed to be improved upon. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really nice. The room was dirty, the shower walls were dirty with hair, the floors were wonky in restroom and outside from water getting out of shower the curtain does not cover enough. The towels and hand towels were dirty. The refrigerator door did not open all the way due to wonky floors. There were bugs coming in from the door crack.it was a basic room but even basic rooms need to be clean.

This is the nicest of the hotels available in Uvalde. That said, it is older but the rooms have had a “makeover”. There is no coffee maker, the mini fridge didn’t have any shelves and the towels were thin, rough and not new. There’s no closet or hangers. Coffee is only available in the lobby in the morning and it’s not fancy. No breakfast.

Staff was rude, when I checked out I was standing out side because they have no accommodation like a bench or anything and she said I had tonleave. I was just waiting for my Uber to go and she was rude saying I couldn't stay there to wait. I told her I was a customer that had just checked out and she didnt care. The room had stains on the mattresses and the shower was so small I couldn't stand in it with getting the floor soaked because there was only a 1 inch little lip around the bottom to keep water in. 3/10 do not recommend. The best thing was yes, it was cheap, and the wifi was alright speeds.
