It is a very bad experience to stay in this hotel. We booked two rooms on 26 Dec 2018, for one night in this hotel. After we check-in for our room in the afternoon, we went for a half day tour to the salt flat. There was a very bad thunderstorm in town in the afternoon. When we finished the tour and back to the hotel at around 8pm at night, we were told that due to the severe weather, all electricity was gone. Even worse was that one of the room we booked had a water leakage problem due to the heavy rain. The hotel receptionist offered us another room, which was a cheaper room type than the one we booked. We told the receptionist his offer was a total downgrade as we paid the money for a better option when we booked the room. So, we did not accept the offer. Hearing about this, he told us to leave and find another room in other hotels as he believed there were still plenty of rooms available in the town. What kind of service is that? Is it a proper way to treat your customer?
We still stayed in the same room with the water leakage problem for that night, fortunately the leakage problem did not affect us seriously during our sleeping time. But the altitude of your staff towards us had badly hurt us.
