Had my expensive sunglasses stolen within 2 minutes of leaving the property and returning. Definitely not going back to a place where staff is untrustworthy. The sunglasses were a gift and it broke my heart to have them stolen. It was hard to get hold of staff and although they have a CCTV there, I did not receive much help from the security team. We were seated at the open air rock pool area and the sunglasses were missing in the 2-5 minutes we had left the table and returned. This is terrible customer experience.
The overall room experience was so-so. The first time was damp and actually had water from the AC seep down and wet my open bag of clothes. I was given a different room after talking to the front desk and requesting a room change.
The staff was willing to help and courteous but not well-trained. The waiter kept interrupting us during dinner, although my friend and I were engrossed in an intimate conversation, and I had to ask him to give us some privacy.
I expected better service and will not be returning especially after having my personal property stolen.
