We stayed at this property for 5 nights. The apartment is on a third floor without elevator, and across the road from the town. The ski lift is in fact 10 min walking distance from the apartment as advertised, but the stairs and bridge make it a little more complicated when carrying ski gear, suitcases, etc. It was a work-out.
The decor is old, the dining room chairs are incredibly heavy and can cause accidents when moving around, and the beds weren’t too comfy.
Luckily it was only 4 of us staying there, although the house has 3 bedrooms and is advertised for 6, because the hot water would fully run out after the first person showered, and we would have to wait 40 min until the next person could get hot water again.
Lastly the biggest issue we had is that the dishwater didn’t clean the plates at all, and all the plates in the cupboards were dirty for this reason. We had to re-wash everything to be able to use them. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything to make your stay great, but it’s all a little old- which would have been fine if it all worked.
When I spoke to the management company the last day to discuss check out, I mentioned these issues so that they could be addressed before the next tenant. He was strangely rude, making it seem that it had been my fault for not notifying them earlier so they could fix them. The reality is that we were barely there, and would get home tired after skiing so we just lived with it.
All and all, we had a good stay, but for the amount of money, we were expecting a better place.
