The Space:
The apartment features two distinct sleeping areas. Please note that the loft area is open to the living room, without a door, offering a unique layout.
The condo offers stunning views of Vail Mountain through massive floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped with motorized blackout blinds for your comfort and privacy, allowing you to control the amount of natural light entering the space. Start your day with coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while enjoying the sunrise over the mountain, creating a serene and picturesque morning experience.
Stay connected with Xfinity Wifi, perfect for working remotely from the cafe table or counter stools, ensuring you can easily stay productive or connected.
Relax in the living room with a 55-inch OLED TV, providing a high-quality entertainment experience.
The bathroom includes a large rain shower and heated floors, enhancing your comfort, with provided amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toiletries, and a hair dryer, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
The upstairs sleeping space includes a washer and dryer, along with provided detergent, adding convenience for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a pleasant residential Sandstone neighborhood, our condo offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You're just a quick walk to the Vail shuttle stops, making ski days a breeze or for quick access to exploring Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Dining options abound, with various restaurants in the villages, and grocery shopping is convenient with Safeway and City Market just a 5-minute drive away. Plus, a fantastic hiking trail is within walking distance for those who love the outdoors.
Getting Around:
Getting around from our Vail condo is a breeze! You'll find a free Town of Vail shuttle stop directly across the street, providing easy access to Vail Village, Lionshead Village, and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. For those arriving by car, we offer ONE free parking space on the premises, though please note the steep hill and potential for ice in the winter. The condo is conveniently located approximately a 5-minute drive from both Safeway and City Market for grocery needs. For longer journeys, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is about a 45-minute drive away. Please note that while we strive to make your stay seamless, navigating the parking lot to reach the shuttle stop from our unit requires a short walk.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is in an apartment complex located in a very pleasant, residential neighborhood. It is right across the highway from Vail - you get a great view of the ski runs from this street. Guests are surprised how close we are to the mountain! Walk across the pedestrian bridge to Eagle Bahn Gondola or jump on the FREE Town of Vail Shuttle that stops across the street from the condo.
Vail Village & Lionshead Village are a 5 min drive away, or there are 2 bus stops within walking distance, though you do have to navigate the parking lot, as we are an end unit farthest from the shuttle! It is a 3 minute walk (approximate), even with ski boots. We have an amazing hiking trail within walking distance from the condo- just ask!
Safeway and City Market Grocery stores are a 5min drive away or accessible by car, bus or uber.
Avon and Beaver Creek Ski Resort are close by car, or take advantage of the free bus service from Vail Village
*** Please note: there are many stairs in and around the complex. Plus a steep hill to enter the parking lot. If you have limited mobility, have trouble with stairs, or don't like stairs unfortunately this may not be the right fit. Sadly the condo is not wheelchair accessible. The parking lot can be icy in the winter. The steep driveway is heated ***
