Welcome to your Vail retreat with direct shuttle access and a fully remodeled, modern interior. Relax in the loft-style master with sweeping mountain views, or in the rec area with twin trundles and a queen memory-foam pullout. Floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized blackout shades let you soak in sunrises or enjoy total privacy. Sip your morning coffee as Vail Mountain comes alive—pure serenity in every moment.
BEDROOMS
This condo has 2 distinct sleeping areas and can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 – This room offers a queen bed and is located in the loft. It is not fully enclosed. Blackout shades provide complete privacy.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bed with a trundle, ideal for kids or additional guests.
Additional sleeping space: There is a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room
BATHROOMS
You`ll find 1 full bathroom with a large rain shower and heated floors for ultimate comfort. Includes shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toiletries, and a hair dryer for convenience.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Open-concept living space features floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized blackout shades, offering breathtaking mountain views. Relax in the living room with the 55-inch OLED TV, or work remotely using Xfinity WiFi at the cafe table or counter stools.
LAUNDRY
Upstairs, a washer and dryer with detergent are included, perfect for longer stays.

You`ll have access to the entire apartment, including the bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Please note that there is a locked owner`s closet that is off-limits.
We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Our team is happy to offer extra services such as party decorating, grocery delivery, rentals and more through our local partners. Please reach out to your hosts for more information!
This unit is in an apartment complex located in a very pleasant, residential neighborhood. It is right across the highway from Vail - you get a great view of the ski runs from this street. Guests are surprised how close we are to the mountain! Walk across the pedestrian bridge to Eagle Bahn Gondola or jump on the FREE Town of Vail Shuttle that stops across the street from the condo.
Vail Village & Lionshead Village are a 5 min drive away, or there are 2 bus stops within walking distance, though you do have to navigate the parking lot, as we are an end unit farthest from the shuttle! It is a 3 minute walk (approximate), even with ski boots. We have an amazing hiking trail within walking distance from the condo- just ask!
Safeway and City Market Grocery stores are a 5min drive away or accessible by car, bus or uber.
Avon and Beaver Creek Ski Resort are close by car, or take advantage of the free bus service from Vail Village
Getting around from our Vail condo is a breeze! You`ll find a free Town of Vail shuttle stop directly across the street, providing easy access to Vail Village, Lionshead Village, and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. For those arriving by car, we offer ONE free parking space on the premises, though please note the steep hill and potential for ice in the winter. The condo is conveniently located approximately a 5-minute drive from both Safeway and City Market for grocery needs. For longer journeys, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is about a 45-minute drive away. Please note that while we strive to make your stay seamless, navigating the parking lot to reach the shuttle stop from our unit requires a short walk.
*** Please note: there are many stairs in and around the complex. Plus a steep hill to enter the parking lot. If you have limited mobility, have trouble with stairs, or don`t like stairs unfortunately this may not be the right fit. Sadly the condo is not wheelchair accessible. The parking lot can be icy in the winter. The steep driveway is heated ***
•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.
•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.
•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
• No pets allowed
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
