Welcome to La Montana, hosted by InvitedHome. Relax poolside or soak in the hot tub; this private yard is a true oasis. The stunning exterior of the home showcases zinc panels with limestone blocks and clear cedar siding. The living room opens up to a courtyard for indoor/outdoor spaces. The open floor plan is great for larger groups and families. The kitchen sits between two living areas for maximum layout and comfort. Head upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs for more entertainment. There is a large game room with a pool table, darts, and a wet bar. Enjoy the indoor gym downstairs, as well. Head to the end of the house to the in-law suite with more bedrooms, including the bunk room, another kitchen, and living space with a sleeper sofa. Thoughtfully laid out, artfully designed, and a gem of a home in West Vail, this home is perfect for any occasion.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home has up to 4 parking spaces on the driveway.
- There is ski parking included in Vail Village.
- The main living area and two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

Awesome House for celebrating parents 50th

Lots of space, large areas for gathering, and separate spaces for sleeping. Amazing pool and patio area. My sister and I rented to celebrate parents 50th with just our families. Enjoyed lots of pool time with my parents, and kitchen was easy to prepare meals for the 11 of us.
