- Enjoy views of the village from this hotel-style condo. Recently remodeled with all the conveniences and comforts of home, guests can enjoy an electric fireplace for a warm ambience, a larger shower for refreshing after the day's adventures, an expanded kitchen with a larger fridge and dishwasher that make mealtimes a breeze, a large TV for casual entertainment, and adjustable lighting from new wall switches all through the home. Plus, there is new wood throughout, adding a fresh element to the space, along with a cozy fireplace. You'll have access to shared amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and the three hot tubs. There's plenty to enjoy in this comfortable space!
Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in the main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor, you'll find the business center, pool, and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin-operated washers and dryers. Off the property, you'll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away when you're not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

Excellent Location for a Weekend Get Away
The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location has to be at the top of the list for Vail. It's the closest resort to the slopes in Lionshead. The ski check in is maybe 50ft from the end of the run.

Nice property - but a little dated. We had a problem with our hot water and had to be moved to a different unit. Location is great and staff were helpful.

Lovely ski nook
While a bit on the small side, the room is big enough for comfortable after-ski hanging out. The kitchenette is helpful and useful for making snacks and storing drinks. The staff make the place so convenient you combine the ski storage nearby on the slope, valet parking and helpful staff on the grounds who really know the place. I accidentally threw away a nice bottle of wine, and housekeeping helped me retrieve it. Yes!

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful long weekend stay at Lion Square. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Location was great and walking distance to the village + a short drive to Vail Village. Being able to use the hot tub during the cooler weather was a nice touch too. Would certainly recommend and consider staying again when in Vail.

THE closest ski in/ski out
The location of this unit could not be more convenient. Truly steps from the gondola and ski lift. It’s not a huge condo but it was just right for my husband and me. We didn’t spend much time in the room: we got up and hit the slopes, came in for a lunch break, and then back out until it was time to get ready for dinner. The refrigerator and coffee machine were so handy! We rented our skis from the shop right there in the building. The ski valet took great care of us each time we came back to the condo. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after a full day. We highly recommend the Lion Square Lodge!

Couldn't be happier
Everything was phenomenal. Even the body wash in the changing room for the pool was the best I've ever smelled
