Book your next vacation in a modern spacious Vail home w/i 300 yards of the free shuttle to Vail Village. This is the perfect home for a family or friends' getaway. ***Sleeps 10 and comfortably accommodates 2 families.***

Enjoy the large open floor plan between the kitchen, living and dining room, a fully appointed kitchen and two HUGE decks. One deck is located right off the kitchen to enjoy the morning sun, coffee, grilling and dining and the front deck for relaxing, cocktails and soaking up the afternoon sun after a long day of skiing/hiking/biking/fishing.

Our kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the necessities to cook up a feast with your family/friends. The dining room table is set up to seat 8 adult guests (but will accommodate 10) or use the extension to seat 12. We have everything you need to create the perfectly decorated Thanksgiving/Christmas table. If you're booking near Christmas, upon request we will arrange to have a Christmas tree delivered to the house before your stay and provide lights and bulbs for decorating. If you prefer the tree is fully decorated before your arrival, we'll take care of that too!

We are conveniently located within 300 yards of the free shuttle to Vail Village (our kiddos have been doing the walk since they were 6 yoa). Should you decide to drive, the home is a quick 10-minute drive on the frontage road. The most convenient location to get off the bus and onto the ski mountain is the Cascade stop (only 3 stops away). Once you exit the bus, you just walk down a staircase and then right onto the chairlift. We almost always exclusively use this lift as we are yet to wait in a long line and this isn’t a long walk. The 2nd closest bus stop to the ski mountain is Lionshead, which will take you into the Lionshead village and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It is a bit of a walk (but completely manageable) through the village. You also have the option of taking the same bus into the Vail Transportation Center (VTC), which is the closest stop to Vail Village (about 15 minutes). The walk to the gondola is similar to that of Lionshead.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Enjoy three full bedroom suites where each room has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom a queen + a bunk bed. There is also an open loft with a second bunk bed. Assuming two people sleep in each bed (two kings, one queen, and two bunk beds), the house comfortably sleeps 10. We also have additional high quality blow up mattresses upon request.

3 dedicated off-street parking spaces, 25-foot high vaulted ceiling in the living room (conveys a unique spacious feeling), powder bathroom, new washer & dryer, 3 tv’s with Xfinity cable service (the living room tv is a 55”), WiFi, Nintendo Wii for the kids, games for kids and adults, google mini to play music and outdoor gas grill. In case you can’t fully get away, we have one desk in the upstairs master bedroom and one in the loft and if you'd like to get your peloton workout in, we've got you covered.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
There is a separate lower basement residence, so this is the upper unit of the house. Please visit VRBO#2446947 to rent the entire 6 bedroom home. For privacy, each residence has a separate entrance on opposite sides of the house and the decks are exclusive to this rental unit. Please reach out if you are interested in renting both units.
