Place is amazing!

This place was perfect, very clean and comfortable! There are a lot of steps to get up to the room but inside the place was very spacious. We would recommend this spot for anyone!

Close to everything in Vail

Our rental at Brook Tree was great! The location is close to everything you need including the mountain, restaurants, bus stop and the grocery store. The unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. VRC was very responsive to questions and checked on us during our stay. We would recommend staying at Brook Tree for your Vail vacation.

Good option for young people

The condo is great with all you need, in great shape and nicely decorated. It is perfecto for up to 4 people. It is a 2 floor condo, the rooms are upstairs and the stair is narrow and steep. We had a great time, we were a party of three, my wife and ai and our 15 year old daughter. It was a very good choice and everything was in percet order. Access is conplicated specialy with snow. Excellent value for your money.

A Nice and comfortable place

It is a very nice condo that has a perfect location. The pictures do not do justice. The place is much nicer in real life. The kitchen has all types of dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a coffee press, a kettle, etc. The living room is very cozy and comfortable. And the most important is the beds are super comfy. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Perfect getaway

The condo is everything you need and more! The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly think of. The half bath on the main floor is convenient. The living room has comfortable furniture and a cozy gas fireplace! The view from the back deck is nice. The bedrooms are perfect. Tons of pillows, extra blankets and the ceiling fan helped me sleep comfortably. The main bathroom is beautiful. The only, minor complaint was the small landing at the bottom of the stairs… I must have tripped on it a dozen times before I learned my lesson. It’s kinda pointless but no big deal. Everything was really perfect otherwise!!

This location was very close as it states to the bus stop for easy access to the mountain and village. However we have a few things others should know. 1. There is black ice everywhere around the property, everyone in our group slipped on the ice even when using extreme caution. More directions should be given as to how to access the unit as we had to walk around the entire building to find the door. 2. Our car was booted and we had to pay 150 to have it removed. We filled out the form as asked and it was very confusing, I did not get a confirmation email and when I went back to do it again, the website said that there was already a car registered for the timeframe of our stay so I assumed we were good. But no, were booted and this greatly cut into our ski day. The property manager said they didnt have anything to do with the company/hoa and there was nothing they could do. In the instructions in the unit it should say if you do not get a confirmation you will get booted. I am frustrated by this and the lack of help to rectify the situation. Beware of this if you stay.

My husband and daughter stayed in this condo for a quick trip to Vail and it was great! The location is ideal for site seeing and we watched the fireworks from our deck. I recommend this condo!

Too many stairs

Very nice remodeled unit. However, carrying luggage from parking lot up stairs and the length of the building was brutal. Once in the unit more stairs. To get to the bus stops was an extra 3-4 flights of stairs. Never again. By the way, the walk from the bus drop off to the village is a little hike with a lot of stairs.

Lovely condo in Vail

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Vail so much! As described, it is in Vail proper, only about 1.5 miles to Vail Village. We skied during the week, not the weekend, and found the drive and parking to be very easy and convenient. We saw busses drive around the condo neighborhood but were happy to use our rental car. The condo is beautifully furnished with a just-right marriage of rustic and modern which suited the location. Very tasteful and comfortable. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you could expect. The place is spacious and we enjoyed having a separations between bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. Perfect size for 3-4 people. The living area is comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. There is a TV with Roku for streaming in the living area and in both bedrooms. We found this spot to be restful and cool when we were not skiing. Would rent again!

Vail Retreat

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the units are not marked well. Once we got out of the car, we noticed that the only way to this unit was by a gravel trail. I will note that you can enter with ALL your bags at the other end and take the 3 flights of stairs and walk the length of the property. I wish this had been disclosed in the details. I had back surgery 7 weeks before so this was an obstacle that I would have liked to be prepared for. The unit overall is very nice, kitchen is fully stocked and easy to get around in. The wine cooler pictured is gone. The washer/dryer needs directions to run it. We spent way to much time trying to get it to work and to dry the clothes. A clothes hanger would be nice for this. The furniture is over stuffed and only the recliner was comfortable. We had to make seats with pillows out of the lawn chairs in order for all 3 of us to sit and watch a movie. Upstairs the bedrooms and bathroom are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the closets are big. The shower is amazing as long as your are 5'8 or taller. I am 5'5 and could not reach the shower head. We grilled outside a couple times and the new grill is a nice and needed addition. We had friends over and unfortunately these units restrict guests so you have to send them up the road to park and then they have to climb down a long stair case to get to the back of the units. There was dog hair under the table and near the closet doors downstairs. For the very LARGE cleaning fee, I would expect to have a VERY CLEAN unit. Over all it was a good stay. I would really recommend checking out the unit thoroughly if you are older or have health issues. For us it was a work out literally everyday!

Great Location

The place was as described. It was cozy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The main area was a short drive,, around 5 min. There was a pedestrian bridge Close by, but we never walked.

This place was great. Very clean, so close to vail village (15 minute walk/ 3 minute bus ride). Everything you might need to cook a good meal as well.

Well appointed condo!

Condo was clean, well appointed, and contains modern styling and amenities. Nice view of the mountain and was able to see the New Year's Eve fireworks in the comforts of this beautiful home. Be sure to follow the directions to the condo on the listing. Google directions will not get you there!

Great Cozy Base for a Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (family of 3 with adult son) enjoyed staying at the condo, while skiing at Vail. The condo is very conveniently located. We did see the shuttle stops but didn't use the shuttle, and instead drove to the resort. Both Lionhead and Vail Village were within an easy 5 minute drive. For grocery shopping, Safeway is also within 5 minute drive.Condo is as cozy and pretty in real life, as it is in the photos. The kitchen had everything we might need for making breakfast or dinner. Everything was clean and well maintained.Having washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient, and allowed us to take fewer clothes.
