The Condo was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with lots of kitchen amenities. It was more scenic than I expected, and we loved watching the hummingbirds chase each other while enjoying our espresso on the deck! We rode our bikes or walked lots, and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Easy parking in front, too. Rob was easy to reach and responsive with any questions we had, and has invested in nice furniture, kitchen appliances, and cookware. I used the espresso machine every day, enabling me to break my starbucks habit!

This is a great property with everything you need. Very clean and decorated. Also, for the location, it's very affordable. Very easy access, right off of I-70, made it very easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Great communication with the owner, and very easy check in/out process. Mountain time

The photos were accurate and the location was perfect for where I wanted to be. Free bus service I had to vacuum up food crumbs in the main bedroom and remove someone else’s hair from the shower. It could have been cleaned better but I’m also aware the owner doesn’t do the cleaning.The biggest negative for me was the noise from the upstairs apartment. I was woken several nights by the stomping of feet and also toilets flushing. I am a fairly light sleeper but some evenings it was a lot. I did talk to the owner of that unit and she had a word with the tenants.On a more positive note…the bed was extremely comfortable.
