“I recently stayed at Welcomhotel Katra for two nights. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. To start with, the check-in process was disappointing. “The property is 100m from station. However, my recommendation if property can arrange a pickup facility for the guest after a long journey. With luggage it was a task to walk to the hotel. When asked to arrange for a pickup, staff mentioned we don’t provide. A mini golf cart can be a good option. Think about it. ”

“Staff was brilliant but room not so. Staff was brilliant specially Mr Swarn Sharma at the front desk, however room was dated, spider web in the bathroom and room decor was rustic - paint peeling off, ripped bed’s head bored. I have had to ask for dusting again as I did not feel comfortable staying in it. ”

“I liked the property. Rooms are spacious, clean and good with all required facalities.I stayed with my family and we had great stay. Main market and yatra parchi counter is at walking distance. They do provide pickup and drop from railway station or bus stand.”
