Charming single-storey house recently renovated, located close to the centre of Vaison-la-Romaine. A shaded terrace overlooks the private swimming pool. A second terrace is located at the back of the house and also has a table for your family lunches. The interior consists of a spacious living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. The two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A garage is available for your car, or you can park it on the grounds, in front of the electric gate.

The picturesque town of Vaison-la-Romaine is situated at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux, the arrival point of the Tour de France. The landscape, characterised by vineyards, pine forests and fortified stone villages, invites you to walk or cycle. Discover the colourful weekly market of Vaison-la-Romaine, one of the most beautiful in the region. You can enjoy pleasant natural swimming spots on the beach of the Lac de Paty, in the Gorges du Toulourenc or on the banks of the Ouvèze river. An excursion to the two other ancient cities of Orange (30 km) and Avignon (55 km) is also recommended.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups are not allowed.
