“Photos were accurate. Convenient to many locations. Host was responsive to our communications. AC was not adequate for nighttime. Laundry did not have English language instructions and was confusing. Not enough pillows. Market across street was very convenient. Apartment was clean and had nice kitchen. Hot water in showers was inadequate. Overall a nice experience!”

“San Gimignano is a beautiful town. We were off season so many of the shops and restaurants and some attractions we closed, but still there was lots to do and see, and enough good restaurants. And of course there were no crowds which was lovely. We took a Chianti region wine tour with Bruno and it was fantastic. We learned so much, and Bruno is a gem.
