“Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”

“I've stayed at the Campanile before, usually in charge of a school group, but this was my first time visiting on my own. The breakfast was great - plentiful with lots of choice between hot and cold options. I had no problem getting seated, although both mornings I got caught up behind very large groups! This isn't a complaint at all (usually it's me leading the groups of teenagers!), but it would be really helpful if groups could be directed to stand to one side while waiting to be seated……

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“it states it gets air-con at room, but it doesnt work, very hot”

“The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the……
