Der Service ist in allen Belangen hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind wie in einem historischen Hotel mit soviel Geschichte einfach und sehr konfortabel aber ohne Fernseher und Internet ausgestattet. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. ”

“Ho apprezzato la gentilezza del personale, la camera era grande e pulita, colazione non eccezionale ma più che accettabile, era disponibile anche l’utilizzo compreso nel prezzo dell’area relax ma non ne abbiamo usufruito, disponibile il parcheggio gratuito fuori dell’hotel per poche auto oppure a pagamento al coperto. In conclusione è un ottimo hotel e ci ritornerei sicuramente ”

“Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The room is simple and functional but well designed and updated. The lobby and dining area has a nice “modern rustic” look. The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. ”
