“The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano.”

The owner is on sight all the time and is so helpful with maps, history and conversation about Italy and background. It is truly wonderful. Our room had a sweet balcony as well. The breakfast was an assortment of meats, yogurt and danishes all fresh.”

“The host were amazing and very quick to respond. It was a contact less check in but The place was easy to find and directions were perfect. One block from train station. WhatsApp worked great. The beds and bedding were not the best shape and the shower was slick. We stayed one night and it served our needs to catch the Berninia express. I would give a 10+ for the customer service and location and a 7 for the room itself.”
