“Etan is very pleasant. This was a last minute stay and he was not planning to rent the property I believe, so the property was not really ready. It is very spacious and in a great location. When he is more ready for renters, I’m sure it is a great property to have. ”

“Outstanding apartment with a wonderful host! It is, at the same time, in the center of Paris and a calm oasis with a spectacular rooftop garden that feels like countryside. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped for our multigenerational family of 6, with two full and one half baths, two bedrooms and a comfy sleeper sofa for the grandkids. Communication could not have been better and Marcello was the perfect host. All in all a great place to stay in Paris. We will be back!”

“The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It’s not huge, but as we were out all day we found we had all the space we needed. It was nice and quiet as it’s situated in a small courtyard off the main street. Good location for bars and restaurants. Communication from the hosts was great.”

“Very spacious apartment with 1.5 baths and air conditioning. 4th floor apartment, but with an elevator. Located across the street from a park, and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Less than two blocks from metro station. Kitchen was a little tight, but we only used it to make coffee and snacks.”

“We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping.
