“Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market. Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions. We would happily stay here again!”

“Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.”

“Exceptionally poor customer service. When things go wrong, absolutely no one takes responsibility, management is unavailable, and they simply don’t care about making things better. Stay at other nearby properties to get the quiet feeling with better service.”
