"hotel is outdated, rooms are not clean, the suite we were in (2bdrm suite) is not safe, there's a column diagonal in the middle of the room, I bumped my head on it over 20times, lights over bed are serious safety hazard, corridors smell really bad, the food is mediocre (30euros burger is not edible). Staff is hit or miss, some are ok, and some are simply rude. the ski shop is not what you would expect from 5* hotel service, they do not assist clients, they missed keeping my ski straps in ski...

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"Very nice place to stay with an excellent bar and restaurant. Although burger place across the street was not very good. Staff speaks English and are professional and helpful. Hotel is very close to a gondola making for easy access to the slopes. One drawback was that our building did not have an elevator."
