「We have been returning to vallorcine apartments for a few years now. Unfortunately we feel they are not run as well as they were a few years ago. There is no one on reception, the bakery is very low on stock - can’t even get milk there. The pool is not heated for long enough so it’s too cold to stay in for longer than 5-10minutes. The sauna is only open from 4 pm and then crowded with young children trying to get warm after the cold pool! The WiFi is very poor and there was only one English...

「What a wonderful stay - staff so friendly and welcoming. Hotel had such a warmth and nothing was too much trouble whether in the restaurant, bar or reception. Special thanks to Deborah Gaspard for arranging help for snow chains fitting on our departure day - a saviour!!」
