"Cannot phrase this Hotel enough. Rooms are fine ours had a balacony. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and shared information. Lovely garden/terrace area. It is the opposite end to the train station part of the way going uphill but very near Glacier Paradise cable car. No reason not to book this hotel. "

"This was a fantastic hotel and the views from our room of the Matterhorn were amazing! I selected this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the train station (8-10 min walk with bags), and the rooms that had the Matterhorn views. The staff were very friendly, the room clean (though a little tight with luggage for 2 but manageable) and a very nice continental breakfast. I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass if you are visiting Zermatt and want unbelievable views from both your bed and balcony! "

"This property was amazing! Clean room, spacious, free mini bar, breakfast included was AMAZING! Nice walk from the train station or you can call the hotel for a pickup in their little taxi. Close proximity to all of what Zermatt has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this charming town. "

"Oldest hotel in Zermatt! - had a lovely corner room with a view of the Matterhorn! Room looked like the pics (with quality swiss heritage decor). Service/reception was excellent and breakfast was delicious! They even called to see if we needed a complimentary pick up/drop off to the train station with their electric vehicle. Reception gave us incorrect info upon our arrival which unfortunately negatively affected one of our activities, but they did acknowledge and apologized multiple times. We enjoyed our short stay before boarding the Glacier Express! "

"This place was amazing! They went above and beyond to make things special while I was here proposing to my now fiancé. They had every amenity you could think of, and even ones that you couldn't (ie. a mini taxi to take you to/from the hotel and train station at no cost). Also, everything was in walking distance. With complete honesty, we will be coming back to stay at this place many more times!"

"The room was very clean and beds made daily. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The continental style breakfast was very good, with delicious bread/rolls/pastries. It was self service, which we prefer. We had a big balcony, which was lovely, though not a great view, due to the location, surrounded by other buildings - though in the centre of town. The decor/furniture was a bit dated and could do with being modernised. However, we had a great stay!"

"Everything was clean, looks newn well maintained rooms/ amenities!! Food was high quality but you should go at the breakfast because i don't think they refilled food after specific time or depending on how many guests are there..?"
