While the rooms are large and roomy even by U.S. Standards, they are too modern and don't fully reflect the history of the building. Overall, very good location and excellent stay. I think they just went a bit too far in modernizing it and left out some of the medieval and renaissance charm it once hand."

"The room was clean, room access with elevator. Parking is/ was nearby - Everything worked. No wifi. Language was a barrier when checking in. Not sure if woman was a host or resident assisting owner. There was no help in answering my questions during my stay. Outside of property was unkept, trash littered at entrance. Entry door to property was next to a restaurant/ bar that was closed. Reception was up a flight of stairs. However the price was good for me."
