Erik’s cottage as it is called is beautifully situated in Grönstorp just 10 minutes from Valdemarsvik. The cottage is completely renovated in 2018 and in top condition with all amenities. It is located a bit secluded on the edge of the farm with a view of pastures and with the forest around the corner. The lake is about 2 km away and there are opportunities for both swimming and fishing. Weekly fishing licenses are purchased at the resort. The cottage is on two levels with a welcoming entrance porch with benches and under roof. On the ground floor there is a fully tiled WC / shower area with underfloor heating - completely fresh. Real country kitchen where everything is incl. dishwasher. Large beautiful living room with dining area for many. Seating area that is also a sofa bed for two people. Large flat screen TV and internet via fiber. The beautiful stairs lead up to the large (32 sqm) airy bedroom with double bed and a lovely day bed for some cozy moments. Up here there is also a cot for the little ones. The suction also includes a nice guest cottage with two single beds. Ideal for maybe young people who want to live a little for themselves. There is a lot to do and explore around the area. Among other things, the town of Valdemarsvik with the entire beautiful archipelago outside. From the coastal town of Fyrudden you can book a boat trip with the mail boat out to the outermost sea band and see small picturesque archipelago villages. It is very close to the charming towns of Västervik and Söderköping with the Göta Canal and both well worth a visit. Plenty of both cycling and hiking trails among many small lakes and villages throughout the area. For the youngest is enough in is also at least a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby a must and to Kolmården Zoo is also close, about an hour by car.
