「Enjoyed staying in this brand new home on a ridge overlooking Lake James. The home was spacious and modern, but also warm and inviting to sit and look out the big windows while gathered for a meal. A bonus was the private dock which provided nice access to Lake James. Everyone has a nice space to spread out, but also a great place for family and friends to spend time together.」

「We were in town to move our son into college nearby and this place was a great find. Owner has it stocked with everything you need, the place is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and communicated with us frequently making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.」

「Our stay was great. The property was just as advertised. I would say a little more hilly than I was expecting but nothing unusual for the area. The rooms were large and roomy and the beds and bedding comfortable. Certainly more than enough room for me, three of my adult kids and their significant others. Funny story, it took a whole to find the pots and pans but...that will live in family tales forever. My only advice is make sure and bring personal grooming needs: no shampoo/conditioner, no...

The view on the deck is spectacular but if it was too hot or rainy, the beautiful windows allowed the view to continue inside. We rented the boat for a few days and enjoyed touring the lake. Checkin/out was easy and communication with the property owner was great. We had a wonderful stay.」
