"My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta .
