We've stayed there before because it's convenient to the freeway and it's in the corridor we take to Ft. Lauderdale FL. We had a very, positive experience at this hotel both times. It's super clean. The air conditioner worked extremely well. Its very roomy in the room with a king-sized bed. Its got great blackout curtains that engenders a great night's sleep! The walk-in shower is so roomy encased in pretty tile. The bathroom counter is very long with lots of space and then some for toiletries, towels, etc. The towels were plenties as well. My only suggestion is to provide more pillows of a better quality. Those were lumpy with little support. Overall, however, its a great, little hotel which is also very affordable. The front desk clerk was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Way to go, Sleep Inn!

The staff were all very kind, but the hotel itself was lacking and in poor condition. There was black mold coming out of the overflow drain into the sink and in what should have been the grout of the shower. We needed to use the pull out bed. The mattress had no covering, was ripped and had significant staining. The platform it was on was also ripped, so a portion of the foot of the bed sagged to the floor. We were also told they do not provide any blankets for the hide a bed. So, some of our children had to make do with sheets only. One of children that slept on the bed also woke up with mysterious bites on her face and arms. While again the staff was friendly I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel and wish we had looked elsewhere for our family accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay, however since I selected to pay at property, when I arrived at the hotel they informed me they did not have a 2 queen bed room for us, only a room with 1 king since they over booked. just ps for booking this property, just pay in advance so your booking is secure, and you don’t wind up with 4 people sleeping in a king and 2 sleeping on the floor. lol

The room I was in had bugs, they moved me to a different room where the floor in the bathroom was so dirty and sticky that I had to mop it with a wash cloth. The refrigerator didn’t work. It was turned on but warm inside. Missing TV remote. The replacement remote only 2 buttons were working. The small milk containers at breakfast were spoiled. Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms and hallways are filthy. Terrible service at the front desk. We believe to have witnessed drug activity in the parking lot. We did not stay the night. Left within 20 minutes of arrival.

This property has a very strong mold smell. Room did not smell clean light fixtures had mold and looked dirty. I would not stay here again.

The desk clerk was very sweet, but was unable to summon anyone when our TV wouldn't change channels (neither on set nor remote). A big chunk of base tile was missing at the tub and their were other maintenance issues that made me wonder if I should take pictures to protect my $100 damage deposit. Not sure how they determine who's deposit to keep when so much needed fixing on arrival. There was no comparable room to move us to. But the bed slept good and we had books.

The staff is horrible.. not all of them but the cleaning crew and the ops manager for sure. Kept my deposit because per the lazy ops manager if you smoke outside and come inside the room the smoke smell will affect your deposit. Nowhere in the policy it states that I can not smoke outside in the SMOKING AREA. Nowhere does it states I can not throw away tobacco in a trash can. It states NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. Now because of this simple matter I will be taking them to civil court. So glad I got proof or everything.

The property is pretty and the receptionist was very nice. But I couldn’t sleep well because I found 3 roaches walking on the night table. We were too tired to leave but I kept waking up thinking about the roaches.

The free breakfast could use more options. When we booked in the staff applied $100 CAD to my credit card which converted to $137.03 the next day I received my credit of only $129.53 USD. Which means I lost and additional $7.50 on a $100 in one day …. Not ok.

Thank you for sharing. Please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding. The 100.00 was for your deposit. Apparently taxes were not inclusive at initial Ck in which resulted in an additional 7.50. Hopefully this explanation is sufficient. Be Well.
