「Apartment was in a safe neighborhood, stores for supplies close, not far from Wild Adventures. I loved the big kitchen with dinnette for breakfast in the same room and the main dining room for bigger meals. AC was cold and the neighbors across the street are super friendly and were helpful to tell us of fun places in their town. Great short trip」

「Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.」

「Super responsive host. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable even for our large family. It's only about 18 minutes to wild adventures, we were also able to find plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Great times were had in a very comfortable home.」

「House was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood but someone was shooting off fireworks at 2am. Front and backyard were not mowed so we didn’t let dogs roam back there.」

「Very historic house. We had a great time」

「I was Extremely Disappointed, I asked specifically about the fenced in backyard,I was told it was secure,it was a mess! Holes in it spaces, and rubbish stacked in thecyard, presenting a major hazard. Needless to say, my fur babes were miserable! Ihad to leash them at all times.Thisxwas my main concern. I was very honest with the host,I just wish he'd returned the honesty!」

「The host was great, the house was clean and stocked, it was a great experience overall 」

「Clean and comfortable! Nice game room! Fenced yard for the dogs was awesome as well. Close to anything you may need. Definitely recommend.」

「This house was perfect for our needs. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had 10 family members with us, and each person had a comfortable sleeping area. We had a short 2 night stay. The communication with the host was great. We would come back again!」

「Our 2 night stay at the carriage house was wonderful. Walking distance to VSU . Clean and beautifully decorated. Our host responded quickly with our questions.」

「Beautifully decorated comfortable home」

「We were thrilled with the location and ease of check in. I do wish it had a fence after a long journey but that is a multi-dog, hours of travel thought. They were happy to be there too! Plenty of space to romp. Thanks for hosting」

「It was as described. Very clean, Great communication and easy check-in. My reason for not giving 5 stars: No additional blankets, No coffee Maker, No hair dryer and it never cooled the upstairs well without freezing the downstairs (with extra blankets, this would not have been as inconvenient). Would recommend and return myself.」

「The guys for my wedding party stayed at this property. They enjoyed all the amenities that were provided. The only problem was we could not get into the property when we first tried to check in, but they took care of immediately and after that everything was great…. thank you, the property was exactly as pictured on the website. Definitely will stay again.」

「Love that it was near everything that I was visiting while there.」
