"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Sinaia is a beautiful town, with loads to do and a great atmosphere and very nice restaurants. The mountains are amazing and great for walking, the castles are great as was the casino in the park. Our host and accommodation was excellent and would not hesitate to visit/stay again."

"Incredible views, peace and quiet in a rural out of the way location. Very romantic and private. It does not have the A/C, if it’s important to you, but the temperature in the mountains is cooler than the rest of the country and you may even find yourself reaching for a sweater in the evening when outside. Great hiking, biking and horse riding available in the village. Breakfast is plentiful (and included) made of a daily local meat and cheese platter, country bread, vegetables, and fresh eggs....
