Fantastic location for the old town. Easy walking distance to main sites. Breakfast was adequate and fresh but limited in choice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. There is lift access to all floors. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet, kleiner Minuspunkt - Safe könnte größer sein, Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstücksbüffet an und bietet und Unterstützung bei der Planung von Sightseeing und Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Hotel selbst ist in der Innenstadt und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Overall a very good stay!! I’m pretty sure our bed had lice in it - woke up to a few bumps up my arm and found lice in my hair a couple days afterwards. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was well heated.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, stylisch und geräumig. Zur Straßenseite teilweise sehr laut. Auf Wunsch wurde unproblematisch das Zimmer gewechselt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ok aber für 22€ habe ich persönlich eine andere Erwartung.

Reste själv i samband med Valencia maraton. Hotellet ligget fint i centrum, nära restauranger, mataffären, butiker och metro men der är nog det enda positiva. Det är en ganska dyr hotel och tyvärr inte värt de pengarna på något sätt då det är absolut ingen lyx eller exklusiv hotell, medelmåttig till medel confort skulle jag säga. Det höga priset kan ha varit på grund av maratonen. Frukost rummet är liten och man får ingen andrum, man går på varandra när man ska hämta mat, när jag var där så var det mycket högljuddhet på köpet tack vore andra maraton deltagare som pratade högt utan att visa hänsyn till andra, ingen bra start på dagen. Sakande färska grönsaker, kokta ägg, de erbjöd en smaklöst äggröra , torr bacon, kokta ( frysta) grönsaker, massa söta kakor- det var inte det ideala frukosten. Rummet och badrummet är helt ok i storlek, ingen exceptionell inredning eller materialval/ kuddar etc

The room was nice and had everything you’d need. The air condition wasn’t super effective but wasn’t an issue as I was there in October. The standard room doesn’t have a kettle but again, not a massive issue, the fridge was much more useful. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and were always available if you needed help with anything like booking a taxi or renting bike. There were bike to rent for 24 hours costing €13. The location is perfect for most of the tourist spots. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately there were insect related issues. Chat GPT help me identify pharaoh ants, which although they were many (a fair few died when I saw them) I also had a pair of shorts, which were ok on the Saturday as I tried them on, but on Monday they had multiple holes in. I found a little bug on the shoe mitten that was provided by the hotel and chat gpt identified this as bagworm or household casebearer (Phereoeca uterella). The short were the only clothing items affected, everything I kept in the bag was ok. I reported this to management and I got the impression that they were not bothered or did not believe me, but they would get an external firm to to check it. The short cost me around €50 so I obvs weren’t happy. They moved me to another room for the last night. Apart from this it was a great hotel and a wonderful city to visit, and to be honest I’d book again, but would not unpack anything or use the shoe mitten

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and personable young woman (sorry didn't get her name). Although our room wasn't quite ready she found us another room so we were able to check in immediately which we appreciated, as we'd had an early start from London. Our room, 409, was very clean, with all the facilities to meet our needs. There were no hot drink facilities in our room however we discovered on day 3 of our stay, that we were able to borrow a kettle from reception. We should perhaps have asked sooner. Breakfast was plentiful with hot options too, and there were different types of milk to suit those with allergies/intolerances which I was grateful for. There are allocated time slots for breakfast allowing half an hour for each time slot. Sometimes guests overstayed their half an hour and it was necessary to queue. Replenishment was slow at times although when asking, food was quickly topped up. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to all the most relevant sights, and bus stops are within walking distance too to explore further afield. All staff we had the pleasure to come in contact with were very friendly and helpful, service with a smile. The hotel met all our needs for location, cleanliness, friendly staff and good breakfast. We felt it would be good to have a lounge area for those waiting for taxis on departure day, rather than having to sit by the front entrance, or in the dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend.

The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was facing the street. It was clean and comfortable and had great, arty decor. A/C worked well & we had everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights, 1st night it was little bit noisy but not the 2nd. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold items. It's in a great location for walking to Valencia's attractions. Highly recommended, I would return.
