Can't check-in & tel no. from hotels.com is wrong

Stated on hotels.com that have to contact the appartment if arrived after mid-night, even though we knew we would arrive around 11pm, which is before mid-night, we tried to contact the appartment in advance, however, the contact telephone number of the appartment provided in the booking confirmation from Hotels.com was wrong. When arrived at 11pm, there was no one, which is different from what is stated on website. Luckily the lovely ladies of the cafe nearby helped us to search the contact number of the apartment online, though it failed. and finally she guessed from the wrong contact number provided & successfully contacted the owner of the appartment. The owner told us that the reception service time is limited from 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm, which is totally different from what is stated on website. So if you are not arriving on the specified reception time. and wish you got the correct contact number from the confirmation from hotels.com The apartment itself is new, modern and well equiped.

The apartment is in a great location, and a safe place also, to a walkable distance of the city center. The walls need painting but it was very clean. Also I suggest better instructions to reach the area by car (no taxi)

Great location to everything we wanted to see and do, but the apartment itself is in need of some maintenance and decorating. Everything is falling apart.

The apartment was okay, and the staff were nice. I didn't like the electronic key that required access from your phone every time you opened or closed the door. All the windows were tinted, so I had no view of the outside unless I opened the window. The apartment is situated on the sidewalk, which is very busy. The bars on the window made me feel as if I were in prison. The noise was constant, and I never got a good night's sleep because of it. I do not recommend this apartment.

Perfect location!!! We were in Valencia for 2 nights doing straight tourist things and Downtown 13 was perfect, huge room, comfortable bed and absolute ideal location to walk to all the things, it worked beauty for us. Greatly appreciate the office holding bags and the ease of check in, check out. There was noise from the street, especially Saturday night, but that is what we were there for so didn’t bother us! Highly recommend!

Ok but Choose a Different Place if You Need WIFI.

The room was nice and comfortable but the WIFI did not work well - many times not at all - and I was not able to get my work done there. I picked the room because it seemed like it would be a good place to stay and get caught up on work at night. But that was not the case. I complained about the WIFI two times and the importance for me in getting my work done but they never responded or did anything to make it better.
