Flats Friends Soho Suites is a building located in the center of the city, two minutes walk from the Central Market of Valencia and less than 10 minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Cathedral. In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, perfect for parking in the center without worries. Parking is not included in the price and it is necessary to book in advance because spaces are limited.
This very spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with very comfortable access without steps. The apartment has a capacity for four people, with a room with twin beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two televisions.
The location of Flats Friends Soho Suites is perfect for discovering downtown on foot. The Angel Guimerà metro stop is less than 5 minutes away and the airport bus stops 2 minutes away. There are several bus lines nearby, as well as a pharmacy, two supermarkets, a bakery and numerous restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was in a great location, modern and the staff were great. However, the 3 nights were so uncomfortable. Both the sofa bed and the double bed were horrific. The walls are so thin you can hear everything- furniture being dragged in rooms around you, children crying in reception and drunk groups coming in at 6am. The apartment was clean enough however the sink in the bathroom was a bit unclean. After long days exploring the city, we needed our sleep and the beds/surroundings really ruined this. Its a shame.

Verblijf Valancia in El Pilar
Goed concept, heeft wat onderhoud nodig, afzuigkap deed het niet, douche lekt, was wel schoon!
Locatie uitstekend, goede uitvalbasis voor als je Valencia wilt ontmoeten!
Pre, ze hebben een eigen parkeer garage!
Ik vond de buurt lawaaierig, prostitutie in de straat, mijn man vond het geen probleem….
Wel veilig met al die politie in de straat 😉

Zentrale Lage, vieles Fußläufig erreichbar
unterkunft ist gut und sehr zentral in einer Seitentasche gelegen. Mit der Argebtur hatten wir eigentlich vereinbart, dass wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Objekts bekommen. Wir wurden aber auf eine öffentliches Parkhaus für die selben Konditionen verwiesen. Aus unserer Sicgt war das sehr ärgerlich, weil wir die Unterkunft sonst nicht gebucht hätten

Los apartamentos no están mal, pero el que los colchones no sean cómodos, resta mucho, yo no volveré por este motivo. Otro inconveniente es que sólo tienen una lavadora para todo el edificio. El personal muy atento

Good and Spacious
The room was in a great location, clean, and spacious. This is not a VRBO property however, they just “advertise” there so there is some miscommunications with charging. Overall, good experience.
