Flats Friends Tetuán is a loft apartment located in the heart of Valencia, next to La Paz street. The apartment has amenities such as staff available 365 days or free wifi. At the same time, you can enjoy the city like a local thanks to the complete kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located. It is an ideal accommodation for couples in a 7-apartment building, so there are no crowds.



Flats Friends Tetuan is a Loft that combines modern decor with original beamed ceilings and exposed stone and brick walls. It is fully furnished to accommodate 2 people with a double bed open to the living room, cotton sheets and towels, a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower.



When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!



The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
