Hotel correcto, personal muy amable y estupendos desayunos. Situado a pocos minutos a pie de la Ciudad de las Artes. Muy cerca de varias estaciones de autobús y relativamente cerca del metro. Mejor usar el parking, zona complicada para aparcar.

We stayed in a superior double room (511) which was very quiet, lovely comfy bed and pillows. The rooms were cleaned everyday but not too early and with little noise. Only issue was the tv had only one English speaking channel. Check in by Carmina was very easy as I had checked in online beforehand. The breakfast each morning was very nice with a good selection. They even had prosecco which I enjoyed with my orange juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the Arts and Science centre which we both enjoyed. The city centre is a good 20/25 mins walk from the hotel but its an enjoyable walk. The area outside of the hotel is quite untidy and shabby looking. Of the 6 nights, we ate at a lovely Indian restaurant called Mr. India just across the road from the hotel. Food was fabulous. There are not many more restaurants in the area. There are 2 shopping centres just past the Arts and Science centre (again within walking distance) which have loads of shops and restaurants.

Great city, lots to do and 12 deg warmer than UK
Not in the smartest part of town but the hotel; was clean and comfortable with a few decent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Just 5 minutes from the Turia Garden, a 10k long park which is the best way or getting from one end of Valencia to the other by foot or bike.

Decent stay for a last minute trip. The hotel is fine, but not in an interesting area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the City of Arts & Sciences and more to the lively neighborhoods. However, the buffet breakfast is a plus and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant stay at Hotel Medium. We arrived early and were granted early access to our room, which was very cool despite being particularly hot outside. The pool was open 11 til 8 every day and the kids pool in particular was perfect for our 2 and 4 year olds. Breakfast had a great selection with fresh fruit, pastries and cooked options available so the kids were happy and set us up well for the day. The local area is fairly residential so we got taxis (Freenow app) to attractions - Piscina Parc de Benicalap (water park), Plaça de la Verge (historic city centre), Oceanogràfic (oceanarium), Malvarrosa beach - which was very reasonable. No dinner restaurant on site but lots of local food options including takeaways via Glovo app. We expected some minor niggles based on other reviews but didn’t experience any - pool was never overcrowded, staff very friendly and helpful, no extra charge for safe in room. Room tip (216) - Floor 2 on the pool side had a larger outdoor area due to the roof and saved our legs when the two lifts were busy by post breakfast.

Hotel rooms were clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a large range of options. The pool was very large, there were quiet but also busy times. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel - it is roughly a 10 minute cab to the beach and also the old town/city.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a short walk to the Oceangraphic and related venues and the old town is a pleasant walk through the Jardin del Turia. Our single complaint was that the pool was not accessible to guests until 11am, possibly because local school children use it before then, but on the other hand it is good to see businesses engage with their community so we weren’t really too upset.

Kon al eerder naar de kamer dan de aangegeven 16:00, heel fijn! Schoon en vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam en altijd groeten. Ontbijt was goed, alleen als je er meerdere dagen bent is het wel elke keer hetzelfde, fruit werd wel afgewisseld. Hotel heeft een fijne ligging, voor de bushalte en vanaf de airport makkelijk te bereiken met ov. Kortom heb een fijn verblijf gehad.

¿Hotel de 4 estrellas?
Hemos estado 3 noches, y la experiencia general ha sido floja. Escogimos el hotel por proximidad a un evento, teniendo en cuenta su categoría. Para 4 estrellas, nos pareció algo caro pero, teniendo en cuenta las fechas, lo entendimos. El problema es que creemos que no merece la categoría de 4 estrellas. Es verdad que no hicimos más uso del hotel que la habitación, pero esta era de tamaño justo y da la sensación de que necesita un "lavado de cara".
