Große Wohnung für valencianische Verhältnisse und ideal für uns als 5 köpfige Familie.Super war auch der nebenan liegende frei zugängliche Sportplatz mit Fitnessmöglichkeit, Basket- und Fußball. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und die Anbindung an das Zentrum ist sehr gut.Wir kommen gern wieder, auch danke der super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (auch wenn es mal ganz spät war, hat er uns weitergeholfen)

Comfortable stay in a convenient area to get to the beach (walking) and into Valencia by bus/tram. Walls are a bit thin as we could hear the neighbors above us at 1am most evenings. Spartan kitchen supplies and walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall we had a lovely stay.

De gastheer reageert altijd zeer snel en correct, niks op aan te merken. Het appartement is zeker handig voor een citytrip naar Valencia, eerder basic ingericht maar alles wat we nodig hadden was er.

Guten Abend, insgesamt sind wir mit der Fe-Wo zufrieden. Es gibt nur ein paar Anmerkungen: der Gastgeber is freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber es fehlte einige Info über die Wohnung, z.B. wo man die notwendigen Sachen findet, wie der E-Нerd funktioniert, etc..

Nice apartment in a very charming area, close to the beach

All in all, we can recommend this apartment! Here some details. We've traveled with family - 3 adults and 2 kids in August (one of the hottest month). Host: - very nice person with good communication and enough flexibility Apartment: - very close to the beach (5 min) - good refurbishment, good furniture - all in all very comfortable Apartment improvements: - partially low-grade accessories - some interior needs to be fixed, like the door in the bathroom or the rope of the balcony-jalousie - the one air conditioner is definitely not enough to cool the whole apartment - some nights were too hot to sleep, even by the help of ventilators - the kitchen needs more accessories - a dishwasher would be really great! Area - you need to read about the are to understand where you go :) - very, very charming area - since it is the old fisherman village it has a very long and bright history - the typical houses look greate but many many of them need to be fixed (big government project) - mixed residents - native and nonnative - many nice restaurants, cafes and bars - almost everything you need is close by - bus & tram stations, stores, banks, pharmacies, optics, a.s.o.

Nice appartment in nice Valencia

We had a very nice holiday in Valencia in the clean and renovated appartment of Fernando. He was very helpfull and responded very quick to our questions or remarks: thanks for that. The appartment is perfect for a family of 5. The beach, restaurants, supermarket, bike rental and public transport to the city center are nearby. For summer holidays: this appartment has an airconditioning which makes it very comfortable.

Appartement bien rénové, bien situé près de la plage et des restaurants. Compte tenu du quartier, la rue est un peu bruyante.... Il manque quelques accessoires pour y séjourner en famille : bols, casseroles, bouilloire Mais il suffit de demander à Fernando, dont l'accueil est bien sympathique.

muy bien para familias de cinco hijos

Nos ha gustado mucho la experiencia en este piso y si volvemos a Valencia repetiremos. Esta ubicado en un sitio que esta muy bien y la casa tiene un tamaño ideal para nosotros que somos cinco. He de señalar que hemos estado en Semana Santa y que las procesiones circulan por debajo y que por tanto se oye bastante ruido. No obstante nosotros hemos estado muy bien a pesar de tener hijos de 2, 4 y 7 años, nos ha permitido conocer una Valencia muy particular, discubrir nuevas cosas y muy en parte gracias a la ubicación de esta vivienda. Por eso tenemos claro que si volvemos, que Valencia es para volver, repetiríamos en esta casa. La casa esta recién reformada y aún le queda alguna cosica por poner, pero que conociendo al dueño lo irá haciendo...de cualquier modo tiene todo lo necesario.
