Good hotel.
Good hotel in very good location. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bed. Has everything you need and good location. 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Metro station which takes you everywhere you’d need. The only thing it could do with is an iron and ironing board in each of the rooms rather than borrow it from the reception.

Good stay on a modest budget.
During my stay at the Sea You Port Hotel València, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and found the price to be reasonable. However, I must mention that the AC was somewhat temperamental, which caused some discomfort. Additionally, the room requires some maintenance and deep cleaning, as I noticed dusty and gritty areas. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Das gesamte Hotel ist mittlerweile abgewohnt und könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle renoviert werden (Dachterrasse). Im Zimmer viel kaputt und nicht sehr sauber. Frühstück ist ok für 7€. Für einen Kurzauenthalt ok, mehr leider nicht.

TV no English programs including news. Staff said that they don’t get Spanish programs in UK hotels. No tea or coffee maker. No cafeteria. Breakfast no eggs. AC central control. Not very efficient. No leaflet in English. Does not deserve 4 star.

A cleas and comfortable hotel within walking distance of the seafront, tram stop and metro station. It is also beside a car park which is handy. The hotel has a deal of €19 per day for the car parking.

Nos gustó la situación, limpieza y el trato del personal. No nos gustó que siendo 4 estrellas, le falta mucha conservación, sobre todo en los baños. No nos gustó, que la terraza está abierta a clientes de fuera del hotel y parece que están de nueva cuando llegan y se marchan. Estuvimos en una habitación junto a las escaleras y bajaban haciendo mucho ruido y dando voces, sobre todo el día que regalaban un chupito. Pienso que si fuera del hotel, no pasaría eso xq otro día lo tendrían que aguantar ellos.

Hotellet trænger i den grad til vedligeholdelse. Der er ekstrem lydt på værelserne. og det resulterede i en nat næsten uden søvn. Da der var et meget feststemt par lige overfor os. Men ved fælles hjælp fra natte vagten, fik vi ro på dem ved 4 tiden om natten :-( Hotellet er slidt og gammelt. og trænger til en kærlig makeover mange steder. Specielt badeværelserne var dårlig stand. Toilet sæde løs og andre ting på badeværelserne sad løse. Vandet spruttede meget pga luft i rør. Ikke et hotel jeg vil give mere end 2 point ud af 5

Far from a 4 star hotel !
This hotel do not deserv 4 star. No clean. Old. Bad maintenance. Breakfast... no fresh food. Juice from cans. No hot food. Bad quality cheese and ham. Poor. For 140 euro, i feel like i have been fooled.

Confusion initially over check in. I requested an early check in at 2pm and a queen bed and received confirmation from Hotels.com that the changes had been agreed but on arrival was told that we couldn’t check into 4pm. Also we had twin beds rather than a queen bed and there was no free bottled water in the room as advertised on the Hotels.com website. The front desk staff didn’t really want to be bothered with our requests and just came up with weak excuses. They did promise to put water in the room but we weren’t surprised when this didn’t happen. The room was fine - clean with comfy beds and a good WiFi connection. Breakfast was also ok and good value for the money. The hotel was in a good location

Good morning, and thank you for giving your opinion, which is very important to us in order to improve. Check in time is officialy from 16:00 (not only in our hotel, also in all the other ones in Valencia). This does not mean you can not check in before though. If your room is ready before that time, you can check in, but we can never guarantee that, as we have departures until 12:00, and then we have to send our housekeeping team to clean the rooms, and now it takes a bit more of time, because of covid procedures. About the double bed you requested, this is upon availability, we have just 8 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, and if all of them are occupied, we can not give any more out I am afraid. We use to give complimentary bottles of water, but maybe it was our mistake. If you tell us anytime, we can sort this out straight away. I am sorry you felt dissapointed about these things. Das System zum Einchecken ist sehr langsam. Vor mir waren 3 Zimmer zum Einchecken, das dauerte gut 30 Minuten. Lage und sonst alles ok. Fahrrad konnte im Stiegenhaus abgestellt werden.
