- Nice and cozy apartment located in one of the best-known buildings in the center of Valencia. This accommodation is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Due to its excellent location you can visit the most emblematic monuments and areas of Valencia in a few minutes. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is, without a doubt, an unbeatable option for your stay in the city and thus enjoy a well-deserved vacation.
All check-ins after 7 PM have an additional cost of €50, which must be paid within seven days prior to arrival by credit or debit card.

El apartamento en tamaño estaba tal cual la descripción. La gran desventaja que tiene es que sus paredes son muy muy finas, se escucha todo de afuera y por dentro del edificio. Nos costó muchísimo dormir, aparte que sus cortinas no cubren todo el ventanal y entra muchísima luz.
Tienen un conserje abajo 24hr y su ubicación si es práctica, pero para estadías de familia no lo recomiendo sería más plan de jóvenes.

This property is part of a residential apartment complex situated between fashion outlets on one of the main shopping streets in Valencia. It has a 24 hour concierge service. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift available. It is very convenient for restaurants,shopping ,sight seeing . These are all within walking distance plus it is only a 2 minute walk from Colon Metro Station should you wish to explore further a field. Both bedrooms and shower rooms are of good size . The en suite bedroom does not have access to direct light . It is an internal room with a glass pane in the dividing wall to provide some natural light from the other front bedroom. A blind is fixed to this window for privacy. I would highly recommended this property for its cleanliness , friendliness of the staff and situation. Just one small thing, my family stopped here for a week but were only provided with one small towel per shower room and one bath towel each.
