The concierge and most of the staff were exceptional. One front desk reception lady with glasses was nightmarish. I hope she never works in hospitality again. The hotel is lovely, but the rules are inconvenient. Not allowing a family to have just 1 room is bizarre and a huge inconvenience. They insisted we take 2 rooms or get a suite, neither of which we needed. Also, not allowing 2 cots in a room just to garner more revenue felt like nickel and diming. The food was pretty average and pretty pricey for what it was.

Spacious room, very clean and quality facilities. Nice patio. Good value overall. Location is a little far from most things to do in the city (unless you come for a football match) Swimming pool has restricted times for children, and our child was forced to leave falsely claiming adults were waiting, just to leave the pool empty.

Beautiful hotel, just across the park from the old city and easy to walk to (15-20 min walk). Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. We also walked to the Arts/Science museum from the hotel (30 min walk). We liked that it was quiet and we had a room facing the courtyard. The only downside would be the restaurants and breakfast is kind of expensive especially for those travelling with kids, but we found a great coffee/breakfast place in the neighborhood (Boscon Coffee) and there were many other nice restaurants near by or in the old city section. We were too busy to enjoy the gym and pool, but both looked very inviting. I would recommend the Westin to those travelling to Valencia. A beautiful city and we hope to visit again.

Great place to stay in Valencia
Enjoyed hotel especially since I was able to bring my pets. A few communication issues but I don’t speak Spanish so that is more on me. Will recommend the hotel. A few maintenance issues but most were addressed.
