Solo para una noche
La ubicación es buena, pero desde el momento de la reserva deberian informar q los vehículos particulares no pueden ingresar a la zona. El olor de cañeria del apartamento es muy fuerte. De la ducha se sale toda el agua, se inunda el baño y la ducha es manual, es decir, se debe utilizar como regadera con la mano porqué si se coloca en la pared colgada se sale mas el agua.

El servicio de laa personas que atienden es pésimo, no tienen ningún servicio6al cliente de calidad esperan que uno como cliente tenga que ir a la oficina de ellos a reclamar pas llaves y toca pagarles en efectivo el monto total porque no dan vueltas, la comunicación con el personal es terrible, la información de la ubicación y contacto esta errada y el apartamento tenía problemas en el baño, la ducha se inundó, el sanitario estaba despegado

Receptionist: Horrifying. Noisy. Ground level, street side. No windows. Nightmare. Old, rough looking. Closest: no hangers. No safety box. Wifi: only worked in certain areas of apartment. I want a partial refund. They are aware about my complaints.

There is the possibility to leave the luggages at the office for 10€. We had been given a lower floor but it was very humid and we were with two babies and asked to have it changed. They were very kind and quick in changing the room. The stairs and entering of the building should be kept more clean. The apartment we stayed was smaller and we had to adapt in 4. Some cutlery and pans hadn’t been clean properly so it should be paid more attention. The position is super central so very strategic. I would reccomend the place for youngsters more than families.

En general bien
El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro histórico. Lo bueno es que todo queda muy cerca, lo malo es que el ambiente nocturno no es muy agradable para una familia. El apartamento en general está bien. Recomiendo preguntar si toca un apartamento exterior o interior. El nuestro tenia dirmitorios interiores y eso nos chocó un poco al llegar. El mantenimiento no está muy bien pero la señorita que nos atendió nos dió una solución rápida y eso que llegamos un domingo por la tarde. En general relación calidad/precio está bastante bien.

Al ser el centro, el exterior toma un aspecto antiguo, lo que le da una apariencia un tanto envejecida a toda esa zona. No obstante el apartamento, se veía tal y como aparece en las imagenes, en muy buenas condiciones. Además, dentro te facilitan los utensilios descritos, lo que hace la estancia mas agradable. Lo unico complicando es aparcar, aunque por la zona del museo prehistorico hay zona naranja donde puedes dejar el coche y por la noche no se paga hasta las 9 de la mañana. En resumen, muy agradecido por el trato, y por la relacion calidad precio

De ligging was prima. De service van het verhuurkantoor was uitstekend, erg behulpzaam. Omdat we met jonge kinderen op vakantie gingen, kozen we voor een flat met wasmachine. Dit was er, maar het defect werd niet verholpen na herhaaldelijke meldingen. Het appartement was niet bepaald insect-vrij!

Bij aankomst was centrum afgesloten door een feest in de stad. Taxi kon ons niet bij appartementl brengen. Bij de leiding was dit niet bekend, dus er was geen alternatief geregeld. Wel heeft iemand van de leiding ons lopend naar het appartement begeleid nadat we gebeld hebben. Heel irritant vonden wij, dat in het appartement geen stadsplattegrond was. De eerste dag heeft het veel tijd gekost een touristenkantoor te vinden. Er was ook helemaal geen informatie over de stad en de bezienswaardigheden.

Everything was disgusting. While we were driving to the hotel they canceled our reservation, they say that my bank card is not working.I arrived as a daughter of 8 years and a son of 3 years at 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. As a result, I had to listen to a person’s nonsense by phone. I gave the number of another card. But no one came. They informed me on the phone where to get the key.I had a payment reservation upon arrival and no one had the right to withdraw money from my card before my arrival. I also wrote to them twice about the reserve of a parking space, but a voice on the phone told me that he knew nothing about it.As a result, I had to look for a parking lot in Valencia. I personally checked in after 9 pm.during our presence in the room no one asked how our business was and no one came to check out. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst trip ever. Todo fue asqueroso. Mientras conducíamos hacia el hotel cancelaron nuestra reserva, dicen que mi tarjeta bancaria no funciona. Llegué como una hija de 8 años y un hijo de 3 años a las 5 pm y no había nadie en la recepción. Como resultado, tuve que escuchar las tonterías de una persona por teléfono. Nadie no llegar. Me informaron por teléfono dónde obtener la llave.También les escribí dos veces sobre la reserva de un espacio de aparcamiento, pero una voz en el teléfono me dijo que no sabía nada sobre aparcamiento.

Querido Denys, Queríamos comentarle varias cosas. Primero, no somos un hotel, sino un edificio de apartamentos turísticos. Segundo, su tarjeta fue cancelada porque se hizo una pre autorización de su tarjeta y esta resultó no tener fondos, ningún establecimiento turístico, repetimos, ninguno, sea un hotel o un apartamento turístico, aceptará, nunca, una tarjeta sin fondos, pues esta es la garantía de su reserva. Sin tarjeta y menos si no tiene fondos en ella, su reserva se cancelará automáticamente. Aquí y en cualquier otro sitio. Tercero y último, nosotros también esperamos no tenerle como cliente, ha resultado ser un cliente poco agradable y maleducado. Saludos, Recepción Coroa.

Ok but security an issue
All fine except air con didn’t cool down any rooms beyond the lounge where it was located, so bedrooms hot and there were no fans either! Also security issue as windows do not lock, with small children in my party this was a serious concern.

Bellissimo appartamento in centro di città. Un po' difficile da raggiungere con la macchina e il parcheggio, a pagamento è a 10 min a piedi. Ma per visitare il centro a piedi è perfetto. La zona alla sera è un po' rumoroso in quanto ci sono tanti locali nelle vicinanze ma sarà così per tutti gli alberghi in centro. Sotto c'è un bar per fare colazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Super bien situé. Air climatisé bien fonctionnel - appréciable quand il fait 40 degrés dehors en juillet. Ascenseur pour monter à la chambre. Le lit est petit - lit double. Avec un grand conjoint j’ai fini par dormir sur le divan du salon. Mais c'était tout de même confortable. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Ce serait bien s’il y avait les condiments de base : huile sel poivre sucre. Malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas. Plus apart que hotel, le menage n’est pas fait pendant le sejour. Aussi pas mal de bruit la nuit... c’est l’Espagne! Mieux vaut s’apporter des bouchons pour les oreilles!

Buena ubicación, muy limpio y moderno pero lo que no nos gustó nada fue la poca luz, ya que nos tocó el primer piso y era necesaria la luz artificial. Ventanas pequeñas a patio interior. Supongo que los pisos superiores son más luminosos. Muy amable Laura, la recepcionista. Nos acompañó muy agradable..

Gli appartamenti sono perfetti! In perfetto centro, il quartiere é Barrio del Carmen. A 5 min. a piedi dal Mercato centrale, a 10 min da plaza dell'ayuntamento e da plaza della reina. Il bagno é piccolo ma confortevole. L' angolo cottura funzionale e vi erano 2 tv. Xavier é stato perfetto nel risolvere ogni richiesta!

Ubicado en el centro, barrio antiguo, calle peatonal, muy tranquilo, mucho ambiente, todo tipo de servicios alrededor, apartamento muy completo, construccion antigua pero reformado, con ascensor, aire acondicionado, falta un tostador de pan, El unico "inconveniente" es el parking, nada que no se pueda solucionar con un poco de planificacion con ayyda de google maps. Se puede parar para descargar las maletas sin problema. No hay recepcion pero cuando avisas de tu llegada en menos de 5 minutos te reciben. Trato muy cordial y agradable por parte del responsable del alojamiento.Mi estancia fue en pre-fallas, con mi espisa y mi suegra. Muy Recomendable. Ya se donde ir cuando este en Valencia.
