「You can smell how clean the room is. The location is excellent, close to train and tube stations. And 30 mins tube can get u from airport to the apartment. with this convenience, we can go back to the apartment in the afternoons under heatwave. The lift is quite new and reliable, unlike some old lifts that might trap people. We would definitely go to Valencia again and hope to stay in the apartment again.」

Smooth online check in and late midnight arrival all went smoothly. Apartment had everything that we needed and the aircon worked perfectly. 「Lovely host who communicated well and was accommodating due to our very late evening arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was good for the beach and transport to the city, with some nice restaurants nearby plus supermarkets. Light on living room ceiling needs fixing as it is loose. Main issue was the noise from the surrounding flats, and I know this isn't the fault of the accommodation but it did prevent good relaxation and sleep. That is the main reason...

「Check-in is very difficult. You have to go to the office to get the key and then go to the place where you stay. There is no shampoo, no bath soap and kitchen seasoning. The hot water is not enough. There is no hot water after half of the shower.」

「The property that was listed was great. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival we were notified that the shower was not draining properly and that it needed to be fixed. We did not feel comfortable with someone entering without us being there and so scheduling someone to come onsite would have taken away from out vacation. Not sure why this was not resolved prior to check in. We ended up having a shower that would flood the first two day and had major clean ups to do ourselves. I then took it...
