We arrived on our motorcycle. The hosts were very friendly. Our French, that wasn’t a problem as they were able still to help in every way.
It’s a beautifully decorated old building set in a quiet rural place

Could be great!
The location, property / room style & friendly host could make this a 5 star location. However:
i) The property offers a restaurant as part of its facilities listing. The restaurant(s) are in the local town which is a car journey away!! Very misleading.
ii) Very basic continental breakfast.
iii) The host ignored my messages requesting information sent prior to the stay.
iv) Only warm water in the shower both when we arrived and the next morning.
v) No soap provided for the bathroom handbasin.
vi) Despite a large room, nowhere to sit in the room other on the bed or a hard wicker chair.

Quel bel accueil et quel beau logement. La maison d'hôtes est décorée avec goût et très propre.
Quant au petit-déjeuner un régal, quasiment que des produits frais et faits maison.
Notre hôtesse est très souriante et aimable.

La chambre d'hôtes était extraordinaire, spacieuse, sous le toit donc un plafond bien haut. La propriétaire très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner à tomber. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation d'ailleurs, plusieurs personnes reviennent régulièrement.

Ravi de notre séjour dans la chambre familiale Les Graminées. Nous étions 4 adultes en balade dans la région et avons séjourné à la maison d'hôtes pendant 2 nuits. La situation en campagne proche de Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux était idéale et l'accueil chaleureux. La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse et propre. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont soignés et décorés avec goût. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et fait maison. Merci à Karine pour avoir pris le temps de nous faire découvrir en avant-première le studio installé dans l'ancien pigeonnier remis à neuf. En prime nous avons eu le droit à la visite privée de la ferme familiale, une visite complète extrèmenent intéressante. La ferme est visiblement gérée avec passion et grand sérieux ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.
