"We stayed in a bungalow at this campsite and it was great! It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. Seems like the bungalows have 2 sun loungers on each shaded balcony so having an afternoon snooze was also possible. There was a shop onsite which is very convenient. "O apartamento é muito agradável e bem situado.Os quartos são espaçosos e a vista para o vale é muito bonita.O terraço é perfeito para relaxar e ver a animação da vila.Apenas a cozinha precisava de uns armários novos, que estão um pouco bafientos, mas o resto da casa compensa.A escada para miúdos mais pequenos não aconselho mas ficando no quarto de baixo, tem tudo o que precisam.Gostamos muito de ficar na casa amarela. Der Zustand und die Qualität der Schlafmöglichkeiten eine absolute Katastrophe. Schlechte Matratzen, wackeliges und quietschendes Bett. Möbel teils beschädigt bzw. herausfallende Schrankteilen mit Verletzungsgefahr. Flecken in Bettwäsche. Ansonsten der lokalenverhältnisse dem Standard entsprechend und akzeptabel. "

"Fantastic hotel! I stayed here with my husband and daughter and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. We absolutely loved the location! It was literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, a 3 min walk to the nearest stores and restaurants and a 15-20 minute walk to the town nearby, and great pool on the roof. We paid for the breakfast option which was a great idea because it was plentiful and it was on the rooftop patio which had a stunning view of the ocean --incredible to eat there every morning! The only thing I was surprised at was the sign at breakfast saying that guests were not allowed to take food to their room which was a negative. Every time I have stayed at a hotel with breakfast included, none of them have prevented us from taking an extra croissant or fruit as a midday snack. They should change this policy especially for families with young kids. The only other negative was having to pay a 20 Euro deposit for towels! When I asked for fresh towels the next day, they had run out of towels so I had to use my old one from the day before which I had used at the beach so it was dirty and full of sand. They need to ensure there are enough towels for everyone on a daily basis. Other than these 2 things I would highly recommend the hotel and it was a fantastic location, right on the beach."

"Excellent staff!!! Service second to none. Bar staff and reception staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The room size and view was amazing. However, the TV had a line on it and the toilet basin had a crack. Coffee and milk quality was poor (not what you expect on a 5 star hotel). The hotel common areas had a mixed feeling… the bar furniture, the garden adjacent to it and the restaurant were great. Well designed and pleasant. However, the pool area had a rickety decking (not fit for a 5 star hotel), also the indoor swimming pool was poorly designed as you had to go all around to find chairs (no access to one side), the 2 jacuzzi adjacent to the pool were ok ish but not really great. The location on the Alvor beach was great."
