“Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival.”

“The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.”

“Publicidad fraudulenta, nos dijeron en el hotel que no teníamos una reservación y que no trabajan mucho con ustedes porque les pagan después de un mes y se llevan el 22% del pago que en el hotel es más económico. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones en lugar de 3 porque no tenían más. ”
