In cosy apartment, located between Antibes and Cannes, you will not lack anything to enjoy a pleasant stay in the South.

Situated on 5th floor of a quiet and secure residence (with elevator), this beautiful consists of a living space of 35 sq. m. and includes:
- a charming living room with a double, a 1-person sofa-bed and a pull-out bed,
- a lovely balcony with a clear view of the pool,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),

- a parking spot,
- access to the private swimming pool of the residence.

A management fee of €442 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

## Neighborhood

Being close to all amenities, it will take you only 5 min by car to reach the city center of Golfe-Juan and its pleasant beaches. You will also be able to visit Antibes easily, in just a 10 min drive and visit the emblematic places: Antibes’s Old Town, the museums (including the Picasso museum), the port, the Fort Carré, the beaches and other attractions, as well as Cannes in just 15 min. Lastly, you will take only 15 min by car to reach the water park Marineland.
