"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"My Love! ❤️ and I visited this property for four nights and were pleasantly surprised by this little slice of heaven. Your 2 miles from CANNES and just a quick few steps down to the beachside town of Valerie’s. It’s a beautiful city with very friendly, beautiful people and we also enjoyed the tennis courts which are about three blocks away. The pool was quite refreshing the breakfast was over the top and most of all you will love the owners"
