「First of all, Brandon was great. Very quick to respond to any inquiry. The cabin itself was very clean and very well supplied. All accessories (towels, dishes, coffee, etc) were provided. Very well furnished as well, Just an excellent three day get away for us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.」

「We walked in to clean unit. We have stayed at other places in the area and they were not clean. No smelly blankets and bedding. If I had questions they were answered quickly. Hoping we will get to stay next year.」

「The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time.」

「This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!」

「Overall this is a nice place. Very clean! Parking was tight, walls were thin, I could hear the neighbor upstairs coughing/walking. The bed made noise every time I turned. Don’t expect your bed/mattress from home. The fire place was beautiful and it was def a warm place to sleep. Make sure to bring money to tip the house keeper/maintenance guy(if needed). Also bring trash bag if you plan on eating anything inside the cabin. The only trash can was the small one in the bathroom. If you are looking...

「What I’m writing is not the fault of the property—they don’t control the weather—but just information for future travelers so they can plan better than we did.This is really more of a winter resort. We stayed in the summer during an unprecedented heat wave. There was one tiny window AC unit and a big ceiling fan. Both worked great but not sufficient for the space. No prob, we thought we’ll open windows at night when it cools off…except there’s no window upstairs where it’s hot. Just a patio door...
